Privacy Policy
This policy describes how OrgAlyne, LLC ("OrgAlyne," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our product.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored as an irreversible hash, never in readable form)
- Organization information: your organization's name, type, and the content your organization creates in the product — priorities, committees, actions, meetings, decisions, events, documents, and similar records
- Billing information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as login timestamps and IP address at time of login, used for security purposes (for example, detecting suspicious access patterns)
How we use information
- To operate and provide the product you've signed up for
- To send transactional email — invitations, password resets, billing receipts, and (if enabled by your organization) reminder digests about overdue items
- To provide customer support when you contact us
- To maintain the security and integrity of the service
We do not sell your information or your organization's data. We do not use your organization's content to train AI models — see our AI Use Disclosure for more on how automated features work.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate OrgAlyne, each acting on our behalf:

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
Your organization's data remains available for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your organization's data isn't deleted immediately — you're able to export it, and we retain it for a reasonable period afterward in case you decide to return, before eventual deletion. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, contact us directly.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@orgalyne.com. If you're located somewhere with specific statutory privacy rights (such as the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), those rights apply to you, and we'll honor requests made under them.

Children's privacy
OrgAlyne is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active organizations directly.
