This page describes where and how OrgAlyne uses automated or AI-assisted functionality, so it's never a surprise.

What OrgAlyne actually automates today

• Meeting agenda drafts. When you click "Generate agenda," OrgAlyne assembles a draft agenda directly from your organization's own real, current data — open actions, recent decisions, upcoming events. This is a rules-based assembly of your real records, not content generated by a language model, and it's always presented as an editable draft, never sent or finalized automatically.
• Health scores and readiness percentages. Numbers like your organizational health score or an event's readiness score are calculated directly from your real, current data using a fixed formula — not predicted, estimated, or AI-generated.

What OrgAlyne does not do

OrgAlyne does not use your organization's data to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. We do not use generative AI to write content on your organization's behalf without your direct action (such as the agenda draft above, which you always review before using).

If we introduce new AI-assisted features in the future, we'll update this page to describe them plainly, the same way we've described what exists today.
