A few things worth knowing
- An Owner Email or Chair Email that doesn't match an existing active member is left blank on import, with a warning — it won't create a new person on the fly.
- Rows missing a required column are skipped, with a warning explaining why, rather than silently failing.
- Your plan's real seat limit still applies during a People import — rows past the limit are skipped with a clear warning, not silently dropped.
